My cattle only graze on native Arizona grasses in the beautiful and remote
San Rafael Valley, one of the west's last intact short-grass prairies.
They live their whole lives on the rolling grass-land of the Lazy J2 Ranch.
Because the Summer Sausage has been cured and smoked, it can be shipped
without worry of spoilage. It will be shipped frozen by priority mail.
When you receive your package it will be defrosted, you may refrigerate
or refreeze until use.
